Learn more about FG Wallet App

Most issues can be resolved simply by updating to the latest version of FG Wallet app.

General

Download ・ Create ・ Restore

You can download FG Wallet app from the following links:

Android - http://bit.ly/fgw-android-download

When creating for the first time,
1. Select your language and click "New Wallet".
2. Enter your phone number and pin code.
3. Enter the OTP code sent from the FG wallet.

Note: Write backup phrase on a piece of paper and store it in a safe place.

If you already have an account and want to restore it,
1. Click "Restore Wallet" and enter "Restore Phrase".
2. Enter the phone number, pin code and enter the OTP sent from the FG wallet.

Transactions

Buy ・ Send ・ Receive ・ Confirm

In your wallet menu you will find "Buy Crypto", then follow the steps to complete your crypto purchase.

1. Click the currency you want to send
2. Click on the send button in the upper left corner.
3. Enter the wallet address and the amount.
4. Click Continue to proceed.
5. Confirm the transaction details and click send.

1. Click the currency you want to receive
2. Click on the receive button in the upper right corner.
3. You can receive funds in two ways:

  • Scan QR code
  • Click the copy icon to share wallet address with the sender.
  • 1. Select “Transaction History” from the menu.
    2. Click on the transaction to view details.
    3. You can also check by clicking on "Verify on Blockchain".

    ※ If the transaction fails, it will not be displayed in the transaction history.

    Select “Market Chart” from the menu to view market rates.

    Here, you can see the places where the (Financial Gate) cryptocurrency ATMs has been installed.

  • Red map markers are Financial Gate ATMs
  • Blue map markers are ATMs of other companies.
  • Menu > Settings > About

    Menu > Settings > About
    Click on “FG Wallet terms and conditions” to read them.

    Menu > Settings > Recovery Phrase
    Enter pin code to see the phrase.

    Menu > Settings > Change PIN code
    1. Enter the old PIN
    2. Enter the new PIN
    3. Re-enter the new PIN.
    4. Click Change Password.

    You can reconfigure it by logging out and restoring the wallet

    Menu > Settings > Change Language
    English, Japanese and Chinese are the available languages.

    Menu > Settings > Currency Settings
    You can select any currency from the list.

    Select “Contact Us” from the top menu.
    1. Enter your name, email, phone model, phone OS version, app version and message
    2. Click Send.

    ※ If you enter the wrong email address, we will not be able to reply back.
